Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on Friday through Sunday, or on a federal holiday, will begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We ship within the United States using USPS. All orders include tracking.

Media Mail is restricted to books and media only, per USPS regulations.

International shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are outside of our control.

Delivery times vary by destination — typically 7–21 business days. Tracking may be limited once a package leaves the US.

Damaged or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package cannot be located, contact us and we'll work with USPS to investigate. If confirmed lost, we'll reship your order at no charge.

Returns

Because books are a personal purchase, we do not accept returns on opened or undamaged orders. However, if you received the wrong item or your book arrived in poor condition, we will make it right — just reach out within 14 days of delivery.

We want you to love what you ordered. If something feels off, please contact us before leaving a review and we'll do our best to help.
