Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting my work and purchasing from my shop!

Physical Books Due to the nature of books, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The book arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item — we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Books must be unopened and unread to be eligible for return due to a change of mind.
  • We do not accept returns on books that have been read or are not in their original condition.

To request a return, please contact us at jennifer@jenniferalsever.com with your order number and a photo if the item is damaged.

Digital Products / Ebooks All digital purchases are final sale and non-refundable, as they cannot be returned once delivered.

Processing Time Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method.
